Cancellation Policy

We only want satisfied customers, so we make it easy for you to cancel your premium subscription directly on our website.
If you have an active premium subscription, follow these steps to cancel:
- Browse to your billing page, also accessible via the menu at the top-right of every page on our website when you are signed in (Manage Account -> Plan and Billing section).
- Press the "Cancel Premium" link under your billing information.
If you do not see an option to cancel your subscription, the account page will clearly state that you are not on a recurring billing plan.
What happens when you cancel your subscription?
You can continue using our premium services until your paid period expires. The subscription details on your billing page will let you know when your access will expire.
None of your data related to our premium services will be deleted, such as your optimizer settings, results, etc. If you ever choose to subscribe again in the future, you will regain access to any data that is still relevant.
We will not bill you again once you cancel. We do not prorate any unused time that you have left, but if you haven't used the site in a long time or you just started a new billing period, contact us for a fair refund.
Team Robot-initiated cancellations
We retain the right to cancel an account for any reason at any time, as outlined in our Terms of Use. In practice, this generally means we will cancel your account without notice if we have evidence that you are violating our Terms of Use.
If we initiate a cancellation of your account without notice and you have an active premium subscription at the time, we may issue a prorated refund for unused time, though we are not obligated to do so.
